You will have to get a permit for a swap. You just can't go and open up shop there trading and/or selling birds.

maybe i'll just go for a little while and let some birds fly from there back home. Or i could just bring my super tame tippler there and walk around the area and to show off how train he is staying with me!

yep but i dont have the parents any more! i've took the youngs a hand raised them. The young are so train and stay with me at the park. The tippler and roller were just to have fun with for a while.
